Former "K+K" market in Greven becomes "Marktkauf
The former "K+K" market in Greven becomes Marktkauf.
Dorsten, September 1st 2021. In 2014, Lars Naumann, managing partner of Dorsten-based NIG Naumann Immobiliengruppe, purchased the "K+K" SB market in Greven as a private investor and subsequently sold it to EDEKA Rhein-Ruhr Stiftung & Co. KG. The latter then took over the property in the role of landlord until the store was closed at the beginning of 2021 after the lease with Klaas & Kock expired. Prior to this, the property, which has a rental area of just under 6,200 sqm, was completely refurbished by the owner in 2020. On May 6 of this year, the former "K+K" market was then reopened as "Marktkauf". Marktkauf in Greven is operated by the Nientied family of retailers, who also run other EDEKA locations in the surrounding area.
