EDEKA portfolio sold for 110 million euros
NIPM GmbH has sold a portfolio of six EDEKA markets in NRW.
Dorsten, 21 April 2020. The brokerage and project development company NIPM GmbH - Naumann Immobilien & Projektmanagement - which belongs to the Dorsten based NIG Naumann real estate group has sold a portfolio of six EDEKA stores to the Redos group.
Among the acquired stores are locations that are used solely by EDEKA as well as retail parks with a multi-tenant structure in which EDEKA Rhein-Ruhr is the largest tenant. Three of the six properties are currently still under construction, the last store will be completed at the end of 2021. All properties are located in North Rhine-Westphalia and were acquired for the Union Investment Special AIF "Redos Einzelhandel Deutschland II". The seller of the locations with a total usable space of around 37,500 m² was EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Rhein-Ruhr mbH. The main tenants are EDEKA Rhein-Ruhr, ALDI, dm Drogerie, Trinkgut, Futterhaus and the Dänisches Bettenlager. Long-term rental contracts were concluded with the tenants of the properties. The WALT of all properties is 14.5 years. The purchase price of the portfolio amounts to approximately 110 million euros.
