Sale of the NETTO store with practices in Bottrop of IPG Investment GmbH
The IPG Investment property in Bottrop has been sold.
Bottrop, 27 September 2023. As part of an asset deal, Herzog Verwaltungs KG from Wetter (Ruhr) acquired a NETTO discount grocery store with three practices above it with a rental area of around 1,778 sqm, as well as a site area of just under 5,825 sqm from IPG Investment GmbH from Witten.
The entire property consists of a food discounter, which is let to NETTO Marken-Discount, and three practices on the upper floor of the property, which are let to a gynaecologist, a dentist and a physiotherapist. The new building, located on Gladbecker Straße in Bottrop, was completed and handed over to the tenants at the end of the second quarter of 2023 after the previous demolition of a car dealership. The building was constructed in accordance with the KfW-40-EE energy efficiency standard and, in addition to a photovoltaic system, has e-charging columns and heating by air-heat pumps.
Mr. Sascha Sell from the law firm ROTTHEGE in Düsseldorf acted as legal advisor to the buyer. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
