Residential and commercial building "Leopold" in Dorsten sold

NIKM GmbH has sold the residential and commercial building "Leopold" in Dorsten.

Dorsten, 03 April 2023. The brokerage and project development company NIKM GmbH - Naumann Immobilien & Kapital-Management - which belongs to the Dorsten-based NIG Naumann Immobiliengruppe, has sold a residential and commercial building in Dorsten to a family office.

The total floor space of the property is around 3,300 sqm. In addition to residential tenants, the tenants of the property include an elderly care operator, a drugstore and a bakery. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the property.
