Care home sold in Jülich-Koslar

NIKM GmbH has sold a care home in Jülich-Koslar.

Dorsten, 25 November 2022. The brokerage and project development company NIKM GmbH - Naumann Immobilien & Kapital-Management - which belongs to the Dorsten-based NIG Naumann Immobiliengruppe, has sold a care property in Jülich-Koslar to a family office.

The total floor space of the property is around 2,290 sqm. The tenant of the property is the care operator carpe diem. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the property.
