"Mercaden" in Dorsten sold
NIPM GmbH has sold the "Mercaden" shopping centre in Dorsten.
Dorsten, 02. December 2024. NIPM GmbH - Naumann Immobilien & Projektmanagement, a leading real estate brokerage and project development company belonging to the Dorsten-based NIG Naumann Immobiliengruppe, has successfully sold the MERCADEN shopping centre in Dorsten to the renowned Saller Group.
MERCADEN, built in 2016 in the immediate vicinity of Dorsten's old town, has a total lettable area of around 16,700 m². The anchor tenants include well-known retailers such as Deichmann, Intersport, Kaufland, Müller, New Yorker, TK Maxx and Woolworth. The shopping centre also has an underground car park with more than 400 public parking spaces. The outstanding structural condition and excellent accessibility - on foot, by bike and by car - are particularly noteworthy.
The seller of the property is OFB Projektentwicklung, based in Frankfurt. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
