Commercial portfolio sold in Datteln

NIPM GmbH has sold a commercial portfolio in Datteln.

Dorsten, 13th July 2022. The specialist broker and project developer NIPM GmbH, which specializes in retail real estate, has brokered the acquisition of a commercial portfolio in Datteln by the Hamburg-based real estate asset and investment manager Captiva. For this purpose, NIPM, which belongs to the Dorsten-based NIG Naumann Immobiliengruppe, networked the Hamburg-based company with the previous owner. The purchase was implemented as part of an asset deal.

The commercial portfolio consists of a total of five properties and has a leasable area across all properties of just under 8,000 sqm. The properties in the portfolio include a Netto discount grocery store, a depot used by the THW (German Federal Agency for Technical Relief), a daycare center for children as well as a medical center and a medical center currently still under construction. The properties are located in a very good location in Datteln, a city in the northern Ruhr region belonging to the district of Recklinghausen with a population of around 35,000.
