Food retail portfolio sold

NIPM GmbH has sold a food retail portfolio in NRW.

Dorsten, 07 May 2025. NIPM GmbH - Naumann Immobilien & Projektmanagement, a leading real estate brokerage and project development company belonging to the Dorsten-based NIG Naumann Immobiliengruppe, has sold a food retail portfolio in North Rhine-Westphalia to a real estate fund.

This food retail portfolio, consisting of a total of four locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, comprises a total rental area of approx. 12,700 square meters. The tenant mix of all properties includes the food retailers REWE and NETTO as well as the non-food discounter ACTION and other tenants.

The seller of the properties is a project developer. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
