EDEKA market in Gladbeck sold
NIPM GmbH has sold an EDEKA market in Gladbeck.
Dorsten, 14 May 2024. The estate agent and project development company NIPM GmbH - Naumann Immobilien & Projektmanagement - which is part of the Dorsten-based NIG Naumann Immobilien Group, has sold an EDEKA supermarket in Gladbeck to a family office.
The full-range supermarket is part of a local shopping centre in the Zweckel district of Gladbeck and is located directly next to the Zweckel market, which serves as a parking area for motorised customer traffic in addition to the property's own underground car park. The total usable area of the property is around 1,665 sqm. The tenant of the property is EDEKA, which has concluded a long-term contract with the owner. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the property.
