Local supply center in Kerpen sold

NIPM GmbH has sold a local supply center in Kerpen-Sindorf.

Dorsten, 13th January 2022. The brokerage and project development company NIPM GmbH - Naumann Immobilien & Projektmanagement - which belongs to the Dorsten-based NIG Naumann Immobiliengruppe, has sold a local shopping center in Kerpen-Sindorf to a real estate fund.

The total floor space of the property is around 4,050 sqm and is leased to EDEKA and NORMA. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the property.
