EDEKA E-Center in Oberhausen sold
NIPM GmbH has sold a EDEKA E-Center market in Oberhausen.
Dorsten, 01 September 2013. The real estate agent and project development company NIPM GmbH - Naumann Immobilien & Projektmanagement - which belongs to the NIG Naumann real estate group in Dorsten has sold an EDEKA E-Center market in Oberhausen to a real estate fund.
The total usable area of the property is about 2,500 sqm and is let to EDEKA Rhein-Ruhr. A long-term lease agreement has been concluded with the tenant of the property. The two sides have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the property.
