EDEKA portfolio "Ruhr" sold
NIPM GmbH has sold 5 EDEKA supermarkets in NRW.
Dorsten, 01. January 2016. 5 EDEKA supermarkets have been sold to a real estate fund by NIPM GmbH - Naumann Immobilien & Projektmanagement - a real estate broker and project development company belonging to the Dorsten NIG Naumann real estate group. The supermarkets are all located in North Rhine-Westphalia.
The total usable space of the properties is about 9,400 sqm and all of them are rented to EDEKA Rhein-Ruhr. Long-term rental agreements have been concluded with the tenant of the properties. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the property.
