4 residential and commercial buildings sold
NIKM GmbH has sold 4 residential and commercial buildings locations.
Dorsten, 17 March 2020. The real estate and project development company NIKM GmbH - Naumann Immobilien & Kapital-Management - which belongs to the Dorsten-based NIG Naumann real estate group, has sold a total of four residential and commercial buildings at four different locations, distributed in North Rhine-Westphalia and Schleswig-Holstein, to a German family office.
All four properties have a supermarket on the ground floor as anchor tenant. The total usable floor space of all properties is approximately 12,000 sqm. The main tenants are denn's biomarkt, EDEKA, PENNY and REWE. Long-term leases have been concluded with all tenants of the properties. The purchase price of all properties amounts to a total volume in the lower double-digit million range. The annual net rent excluding utilities was around 1.3 million euros. All transactions were notarized in 2019 and some were finally concluded in 2020.
